For those of you who are interested in obtaining a mortgage for a property in Bulgaria now there is a UK based company which can advise you on your options. Bulgarian Home Loans was set up as a sister company to Simplicity Financial Services. Currently there are only two companies that offer Bulgarian mortgages. Just as the Bulgarian property market is relatively new as is the availability of mortgages, but as the market matures and with us working with Bulgarian banks it is expected the number of available mortgages to increase. The other option that is available is through a UK re-mortgage or other UK finance loans.
The Bulgarian Home Loans charge a fee of 150 pounds for a full consultation and obtaining a decision in principal from the appropriate finance company. This will be fully refundable if no appropriate solution is found for the client.
