The hotel features 24 beds in 8 rooms with two beds, 4 two-bedroom apartments, ? studio apartment, an attic floor which could be transformed into dormitory rooms or studios, a conference hall with capacity of 30 seats, a sport centre with fitness, Jakuzzi and sauna, a restaurant with 30 seats and a bar for 20 people. A lobby bar and a reception desk are located on the first floor, together with the entrances to the fast food service, the kitchen, and a toilet with the approach to the staircase to the upper floors and the lift just in front of the receptionist. The next two floors are identical with 4 bedrooms with two beds and private bathrooms, 2 two-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette area, an office and a common terrace with access to the emergency metal staircase. A studio is located on the semi-level between these two floors, while the other two semi-levels feature a pool, game area and a small lobby bar. In the basement apart from the sports-recreation area and the dressing rooms, there are utility premises for the washing machines, boiler room, the oil tank, the main electric board and the emergency power unit. The courtyard features a nice BBQ are with entrance to the restaurant. There is also a garage of 41 sq.m. for two vehicles.

The project is approximately 80% finished. the remaining installation works include the completion of the electric installation, water supply/sewerage and ventillation systems with all the major equipments and materials already delivered on site. the interior finishing works to be done are fine plasters and floorings, interior doors, painting and furniture in the rooms and bathrooms.

The area is very beautiful, close to the famous ski resort of Borovets and 1 hour drive from the airport of Sofia on the highway.
